Turpin has unparalleled experience in the management of loose-leaf publications looking after over 60 loose-leaf titles.  We offer two management options – the subscription model and the standing order model.

Features of both models include:

• Publishers can select a printing and/or hosting partner, work with traditional printers, or using print-on-demand.
• Generation of order triggers for PoD print and FTP access files for online content.
• Main works and/or supplements dispatched from your printer or our warehouse.
• Storage management and reporting on book blocks, binders, tabs, published supplements, etc.
• Fulfilment and reporting for online content, CD-ROMs, diskette versions sold as standalone or with printed products.
• Recording dues for main works and supplements.
• Holding hard copy masters in our library to enable page photocopying to satisfy replacement requests.
• Trigger PoD instructions for late orders.

Specifically for the subscription model:

• Renewal and reminder notices dispatched according to your preferred timetable.
• Calendar year and “any time start” (rolling) renewals are accommodated.
• Management of replacement and catch-up/back starts.

Specifically for the standing order model:

• Separate credit or pro-forma/bill-me invoices may be raised for each supplement as it is published.
• Prices may be varied from supplement to supplement.
• Publishers can allow customers to purchase only the main work with no supplements – allowing for multiple pricing options across the supplements and years of publication.
